RARE ANTIQUE F.A. BÖHM VIOLIN KING HARMONICA MADE IN GERMANY.When the only other place you can find an item like this is at the Smithsonian Museum of American History, then you know that this is a rare find. It is a F.A. Böhm Violin King harmonica that plays in the key notes of D and G. The one they have at the Smithsonian museum plays in the keys of C and G. It’s 5.12” in length, 2” in width, and 6/8” in height. Without touching my lips on the instrument, I blew air passively through it and it sounds incredible, like a piece of German musical history. It has 32 double holes on each side with one side playing in D and the other in G. The date of its creation is unknown but if I had to guess after extensive research, it would be anywhere between 1(contact info removed). I don’t have the original box it came with. The harmonica weighs in at 4.4 ounces, and the wooden middle section is coated in a black stain.
