Inside the Brochure it says "The Borrah Minevitch Professional Chromatic is easy to play.  It is quite the same as the well known ten hole instrument. But--and here is the important difference--it has a key changing slide--a lever. What does this Chromatic Key-Changing device do?  It raises the notes a half tone--producing sharps or flats."
